Revolution

Who is Ron Paul? Why are random signs hanging around Utah County
advertising a "Ron Paul Revolution"?
These are a few questions that usually come to mind when confronted by the
unique, curiosity-provoking signs where the letters E-V-O-L are spelled
backward in a different color than the rest of the word
"revolution." (I realized, when looking in my rear view mirror
at it, that it spelled "love" if read from right to left).
I asked a few of my friends if they recognized the name "Ron
Paul" to see if I could discover the source of the seemingly
spontaneous evolution of the "Ron Paul Revolution." "Wasn't
he the last pope or something?" No, that was John Paul. "Sounds
like that rapper." Hmm ... I think that might be Sean Paul.
Finally I asked a friend of mine in southern Utah, apparently notorious as
a haven for extreme politics, who informed me Ron Paul is a congressman
from Texas competing for the Republican presidential nomination.
A little embarrassed at my ignorance being exposed in an arena I usually
keep up on, I buckled down to watch some of the debates (and other
desultory political coverage) online.
Ron Paul was fascinating, a true anomaly in the political gallery. He
really practices and votes what he preaches: doctrines quite fantastic
compared to contemporary, mainstream, political agendas.
At one point during the South Carolina debate, Paul argued for
non-interventionism, endorsing the inconvenient truth of
"blowback" (a term used by the CIA to describe cause-and-effect
of foreign policy). Paul's argument upset Mayor Giuliani to the degree
that he demanded that Paul retract his statement, since it implied that
the United States might have prevented the September 11 attacks if it had
a history of better foreign policy in the Middle East.
Characteristically, Paul refused to compromise on statements he believed
to be true. Later in the debate, when candidates referred to and approved
of torture, in an extreme hypothetical situation from the moderator,
calling it "enhanced interrogation techniques," Paul labeled it
"newspeak," a clever allusion to George Orwell's 1984.
Most of the excitement Paul generates appears online. After each debate,
online polls showed a surprising margin of people favoring Ron Paul. After
the first debate, located in California, in an online poll by MSNBC, Paul
finished first in every category except "most rehearsed answers"
and "avoiding the questions."
Paul finished second in the South Carolina debate, according to a Fox News
poll, garnishing 25 percent of the votes, quite an impressive feat for a
man faring only around 3 percent in telephone interviews.
In the New Hampshire debate, Paul once again outpaced his opponents, again
finishing first (this time, however, the poll was CNN's) in all but two
categories: "snappiest dresser," which was Mitt Romney, and
"most disappointing performance" went to Rudy Giuliani.
Paul's huge Internet popularity has sparked quite a controversy. Some
claim his supporters are simply so passionate that they are spamming the
polls. Others say his supporters merely use the Internet as a medium for
communication because mainstream media mostly ignores Paul. And there are
others who believe his message of liberty is inspiring enough to common
people to get them to do something.
It's difficult to find traditionally political ad hominem criticisms of
Paul. He served in the Vietnam War as a flight surgeon and has been a
well-liked physician around his home district for decades.
He has earned the nickname "Congressman 'No'" around Capitol
Hill because he so consistently refuses to vote on anything against his
constitutional principles. Paul even refuses congressional pensions. A
common criticism against Dr. Paul is his constant "No" votes
against awarding congressional medals.
However, upon some investigation, he still conducts himself in a much more
philanthropic way than his colleagues in Congress on this subject. House
records show Paul's disagreement is not with awarding the medals, but the
cost of the medal and ceremony to the taxpayer (sometimes as much as
$30,000).
Whenever he feels the medal is still deserved, he offers, instead of using
tax dollars, to contribute $100 of his own money, always asking if any
other representatives will match him.
One instance, after they all refused, Paul commented, "It is, of
course, easier to be generous with other people's money."
So what? What does any of this mean for American citizens? Well, most
experts believe it is a long shot for Paul to win the Republican
nomination, let alone the presidency; so it seems, at this point at least,
unlikely that there will be a President Ron Paul in 2009.
However, Paul's presence on the national scene is refreshing. He offers a
broader spectrum of choices for voters and an example of ideas making a
difference without the backing of multi-million dollar campaign coffers.
Regardless of whether people embrace his political ideology, many are
voicing their relief that there are still honest politicians, statesman
after the tradition of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, who both,
consequently, also declined pay for their federally elected offices.
John Milton described the perspective that voters should have when
considering candidates best when he said:
"Though all the winds of doctrine were let loose to play upon the
Earth, so Truth be in the field, we do injuriously by licensing and
prohibiting to misdoubt her strength. Let her and Falsehood grapple; who
ever knew Truth put to the worse, in a free and open encounter."
Mainstream politicians, from both sides of the aisle, have been
unremarkably dull and similar lately. Welcome, Ron Paul, to the political
grapple.

In my conversation with Congressman Paul, I told him I'll make copies of America: Freedom to Fascism available for his campaign. We will spread them far and wide.
What better way to introduce him to the public than for him to talk to them in their own living rooms?! What better way to help awaken them to governmental intrusions into their private lives than to see it in their own homes?
Congressman Ron Paul is the man with the strength to stay the course until Enemies, Foreign and Domestic, are put in their rightful place!
There isn't a better man for the job. He has an impeccable voting record. He is "right on," on Freedom and Sovereignty issues.

His campaign must be organized District by District.
The entire AFTF Network must focus on helping Ron Paul. You have already awakened a lot of Americans to the dangers we face.
NOW, help me, won't you, as I do everything within my means to promote the only HONEST, Constitutional American in the 2008 Presidential race.
With the right Candidate and a passionate grassroots effort, it is possible to take over a weakened Republican Party. I've told you many times of how we overtook the Republican Party in my Gubernatorial race in Nevada. I KNOW it can be done!

Petition for review
Now Comes; Peter Macdonald and so clearly states, when a United States natural born citizen files discrimination and other constitutional complaints against sitting judges (whom took an oath to “Protect the character of brothers members of the American Bar Association” that these so mentioned judges did knowingly with intent to cause harm violate the United States Constitution and the New Hampshire Constitution) this complaint must be heard by an impartial jury. NH Const. Part First Art. 35 “It is essential to the preservation of the rights of every individual” “It is the right of every citizen to be tried by judges as impartial as the lot of humanity will admit”. Every judge and court that has ruled on this case clearly knows that I am 100% mentally and physically service connected disabled United States Marine. The court clearly understands that I do not have the mental or physical ability to understand or remember the rules of law of the court. Judge Fauver made me a lawyer for the sole purpose of taking advantage of my disabilities so he could rule in friends of the courts favor. All the courts are well aware of this intentional act of discrimination by Judge Fauver. The court is aware that Judge Fauver committed or allowed others (friends of the court) to commit 29 +or- Constitutional crimes. Judge James O’Neill heard a clear and uncontested record of these crimes and ruled that Judges Fauver’s rulings were “Constitutional” Clearly to protect the character of a brother attorney. These were uncontested facts and O’Neill still ruled in the friends of the court favor. The NH Supreme Court clearly had documented and stated case of these constitutional crimes uncontested and ruled the case “Moot” case # 2003-0477 to protect brother attorneys. These were uncontested facts and the NHSC still ruled in the friends of the court favor. Judge McAuliffe of United States District Court Concord NH had a copy of the NH Supreme Court case and a petition clearly explaining said Constitutional crimes. Judge McAuliffe ruled Judges have “Immunity from constitutional crimes committed with their decision”. This criminal act is a clear and uncontested act of discrimination to inflict intentional harm on United States Citizens. Intentional discrimination committed by judges can not be tolerated. Before the colonist would ratify the constitution a documented recorded statement was made that “any one constitutional right of any one individual can not be violated or that government must be abolished and a new one started“. The court of appeals made a discriminatory ruling violating the Constitution by stating judges are immune and dismissing the case. Now Chief Circuit Judge Boudin dismisses the case. Judges are bound to obey the law. This criminal act of intentional discrimination can not be tolerated. These judges also violated the Americans with disabilities act with intent to cause harm.
NH Constitution Part First art. 14 “Every subject of this state is entitled to a certain remedy, by having recourse to the laws”. This is a Constitutional law. These judges have inflicted injury on this innocent Madbury NH family and my person, property and character with intent to cause harm and the judicial branch of the government has become perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual. Judges are protecting judges knowingly inflicting harm of natural born citizens of the United States. I have clearly stated and prove it. This is a criminal act of intentional discrimination and no judge is above the law as your ruling states.
The Madbury NH government clearly did not deny under oath that they were using the power entrusted in them by the voters to seek personal revenge on a Madbury NH family. This Madbury NH family when the courts would not listen to them and the lawyers representing them depleted all their money asked me for help. I volunteer my time to help fellow American citizens because I came back from a conflict alive and I should not have. I took and oath when I joined the United States Marine Corps to Protect and Defend the United States Constitution with my life if necessary.
The NH Government in 1999 clearly stated to the people “Today the fight for individual rights will most likely take place in a courtroom or on the letters to the editor page of a local newspaper, rather than on a battlefield”. The courts clearly show they can not be trusted to violate the oath to protect brother attorneys and up hold the rights guaranteed every individual by the United States Constitution. This is Discrimination. The Newspapers refuse to print the truth because they either believe a mentally and physically handicapped United States Marine can not know what he is saying. Does this leave the Battle field? 1999-2000 NH Const. Booklet page 22
We the People have to believe that the United States Judicial branch of government will protect every individual. This contemptible, discriminating, biased, ruling by Chief Circuit Judge Boudin must be over turned. Judges can not dismiss a case, for the sole act to protect a brother judge. A unbiased 12 ordinary citizens jury must judge the facts. This is a guaranteed Constitutional right, further NH Const. Part Two art 5 “so the same be not repugnant or contrary to this constitution” Art. 90 “Existing laws continue if not repugnant” For the Judges in this case to make rules or laws to protect the interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men, brings me to NH constitution Part First art. 10 I ask the court why should violence be necessary?
Where fore; I have followed the constitutional procedures to bring this case to court. Each step of the way the courts discriminate to protect friends of the court. I have filed a “Redress of Wrongs” with the NH government and was arrested under the Patriot Act and lost my freedom for 6 months. I have attempted to have the newspapers inform the public. They refuse claiming liability, and other selfish reasons. The NH Government clearly tells me a battlefield is next. We live in a civilized society violence should not be necessary. What does the court believe that I should do next?
I certify a copy has been made available to all parties concerned.
I respectfully submit this document. I hope the court stop violating the constitution and returns the rights to We the people.
